Looking for a new way to cook London Broil. Combine a simple marinade recipe with your crockpot for a delicious, tender roast.
Recipe type: Slow Cooker Recipe
Serves: 8
  • 2-3 lbs London Broil
  • ¾ cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • ¾ cup Pineapple tidbits with juice
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder
  1. Place London Broil roast in crockpot. Mine was frozen
  2. Pour in Teriyaki Sauce and most of Pineapples
  3. Rub half of Garlic and GInger on top side of meat and sprinkle remainder into teriyaki and pineapple sauce in bottom of crockpot.
  4. Pour remaining Pineapples on top of roast.
  5. If your meat is frozen, turn crockpot on high for 1 hour. Then flip roast and push it down so covered with sauce. Continue cook on low for 6-8 hours.
To make this dish even more frugal, I served my Teriyaki London Broil with some Frozen Brown Rice and Beans that I had picked up on sale at Giant Eagle for FREE.

The Teriyaki London Broil came out awesome. I’ve never thought to cook it in my crockpot , I’ve always marinated it teriyaki or Italian dressing. It was so good my 7 year old grandgirl ate 2 plates full. I made yellow rice with it. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
