Simple, frugal and tasty. That's what you'll find in Pork Chili in your Crockpot
Serves: 8
  • 2½ to 3 pounds lean boneless pork loin – Cut in 1 inch slices
  • 1 large onions – chopped
  • 2 Stalks celery – chopped
  • 1½ tsp Garlic powder
  • 1½ tsp Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 14 oz can tomato sauce
  • 14 ounce can diced tomatoes (I used petite cut to help disguise the tomatoes)
  • 1 can green chilies chopped
  1. Place pork chops in bottom of crock pot and then put the onions, celery and all the spices in to the crockpot.
  2. Pour in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chopped chili peppers and undrained black beans. Then stir it all together.
  3. Cook on high for 2½ years and then take out pork and cut into bite size pieces.
  4. Continue cooking on low for 2½ years,
  5. Serve
